FTX wins auction to acquire bankrupt crypto firm Voyager with $1.42bn bid

fnlondon.comFTX has won an auction to acquire bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Voyager Digital with a bid valued at $1.42bn.
The valuation comprises $1.31bn in estimated prices for all of Voyager’s cryptocurrency and a roughly $111m consideration, it said in a press release late 26 September.
